Gear nerd.
So, recently I taught my wife, Kristin, how to build guitar pedals. For those of you not in the know, pedals are those neat little boxes with knobs and lights that make all those cool sounds your favorite guitar player makes.
I’ve been collecting them since I started playing 18 years ago. Turns out its cheaper (and more fun) to build them yourself.

Valentines day
After an extra frustrating day at work I made it home to my wonder wife with flowers and chocolate covered strawberries. We cooked dinner, baked cookies and then went out for ice cream.
Kristin, I love you with all my heart and you’re my best friend. I am so lucky to have you as my wife.

Sunday
Woke up late. Made sausage gravy with homemade biscuits with the wife for breakfast. Coffee, Unsane on the stereo and teaching guitar effects modding to the wife (we both ended up with perfectly functioning keeley mod boss DS-1’s) .
Now we are out for dinner with a couple brick oven pizza’s in front of us.
Today is Awesome.
